I began to become a little concerned with where his positions are with LGBT issues, but now I feel assured. Glad he is doing this

Vote for the person, not the party.

Will Wilson be there? (0.00 / 0)
I totally intend to go.

Highly doubtful (0.00 / 0)
I have more important things to do like alphabetize my spice rack or trim my dogs toenails...

Or...? (0.00 / 0)
Or fix up your house? :)

*/snicker/*  Sorry you left yourself open for that one.

Politics of personal destruction (0.00 / 0)
Eric brings here the sad, sorry politics of personal demonization from AdvanceIndiana. Delusional Gary Welsh can't dispute my political statements, so like a true Republican, he distracts with inane personal crap. When he throws out a bunch of personal stuff, he then censors his blog and permits only crazies to comment that call our Congressman a pimp, terrorist, thug and traitor.

I'm a private citizen, not a political candidate, but the rightwing nutterballs know my identity. ~~Aryq~~ hides behind a fake name and then throws out personal insults. Rather cowardly there but that's the modern ugly way some folk do politics...

It also cheapens anything political he then tries to say when he enjoys personal slams while hiding behind his white hood of TCP/IP anonymity. Disgusting!

White hood? (0.00 / 0)
So you're calling me a racist KKK member now, Wilson?

~~Aryq~~

[ Parent ]
It's an old attack he uses. (0.00 / 0)
You see, Wilson thinks he's black, and any insults against him are racist.  He might want to look in the mirror.

Vox Republicani (0.00 / 0)
is another smirking coward who loves to toss insults gleefully while hiding his identity. Childish, to be sure!

[ Parent ]
I am indeed. :-) (0.00 / 0)
Guilty on all counts.

White hoods (0.00 / 0)
I wasnt calling you a racist but the reason the KKK wore white hoods was to do dirty deeds while concealing identity. You find it somehow amusing to make personal attacks since I am a known political activist. The rightwing nutterballs absolutely hate me and try to detract from my progressive politics by bringing up extraneous personal issues. I'm openly gay and my hair (at 66yo) is often a bright color of some sort. (It's fun!) The homophobic crazies love to snicker about my hair. I'm retired and not wealthy - my house needed a new roof badly so a nutterball called "Housing Inspection" on me. Yup, it took some time to scrape up the financing but its finished by now.

Eric doubtlessly considers himself progressive but when he hides behind a mask to throw personal insults and slams, he stoops to the level of the GOP haters, racists and nutterballs from AdvanceIndiana.

The implication... (0.00 / 0)
The implication is that you were calling me a racist KKK member, so you ought to be careful about throwing that out there again, no matter whether you thought you were saying I was "in hiding" or not.

Also... (0.00 / 0)
And for the record, while highly involved in the political scene in Terre Haute, I never hid who I was.  However wackjobs took that as ammunition to go after members of my family.  Its one thing to attack the messenger (which is SO totally completely fair game), but its not fair by any means to go after family members.  So, when I moved up here, I went into hiding a bit.  So be it.

did I miss the bunrin' (0.00 / 0)
Wilson, that's all high and mighty sounding. Can you tell me how what you do is some how really different. I know that you have been troll rating posts in order to have them removed. So what does that say about you, and your anonymous attacks over the net. And I do not know if you got the memo or not, but no one really cares about your politics. No one but you, and I do not think that the machine even notices you, so quit crying and carry on soldier.

"I prevail!"

[ Parent ]
and frankly... (0.00 / 0)
Take a joke, dude.

Everyone is welcome (0.00 / 0)
GLBT members of the community are welcome, and so are their friends, family and supporters, or anyone interested in meeting Dr. Myers. I'll be there, all of my friends are coming...both of them.

4400 sq/ft condo (0.00 / 1)
Just a block away from his headquarters, Woody owns his downtown taxfree $2.1 million condo - a very large condo (not too Green, eh?). Of course, such a giant condo is needed for entertaining Woody's "kind of people" in the world of bosses, bankers and big bucks.

LGBT folk are "treated" to a reception in his temporary political office but not his nearby deluxe home.

Oh well...

Seriously? (0.00 / 0)
Now you're complaining that voters aren't being received into Dr. Meyer's home?

When was the last time Andre had a GLBT reception of any sort?  Didn't think so.

.... (0.00 / 0)
I don't think I need to go to his home, use his bathroom, and see his family pictures to hear where he is coming from on the issues.

Vote for the person, not the party.

Joking? (0.00 / 0)
Are you kidding me on this one?

Wow.  Sunk to new lows.

*/sigh/*

Said it before, will say it again... (0.00 / 0)
Dr. Myers has this gay vote on May 6th!
